Val Des Monts accepts returns for exchange only within 7 days of the date it was received. Merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached (if applicable). If there is a defect or problem with your order please contact us within 5 business days with photos and we will be happy to assist you.
How To Request an Exchange: Please email us with your order# and reason for exchange and we will provide authorization. Please package the item carefully, preferably in the original packing materials and mail it via USPS, Fedex, or UPS with delivery confirmation. Once you item is received your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Once an order is given to USPS the item becomes the carrier's responsibility and Val Des Monts is no longer liable. Val Des Monts is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.
Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
