DHL is available for International Shipments. Vals Des Monts is not responsible for any further import or taxes that may be applied to your package upon entering the destination country, nor for any delays that may occur while passing through customs. If you would like to exchange an item, we require you to place a new order for that piece, and return the original order to our studio for a refund.
